How it works
Contact me to explain your computer, tablet, or smart phone challenge. I will call you back to discuss and better understand the challenge. Then I will visit you at home, or we can meet elsewhere. I will talk you through what I am doing as I go. If the challenge is something outside my experience I will say so, in which case there would be no charge and I will suggest others who may be able to assist.
My charge rate is $80 per hour.

Hi. I'm Peter Smillie. I live in Ocean Grove and have retired from full-time work. My career was in IT and telecommunications. Now I work part-time providing IT help to people on the Bellarine Peninsula and in Geelong. At home I have Windows computers and Apple computers. I usually use an Apple iPhone but also have a Samsung mobile phone.
